Sprek Elveløpet is a certified (fitness) 5-kilometer street race that takes place every year in connection with Øras Dager in week 34. The course, which starts at Verdal Station, is flat and easy to run on asphalt and some firm gravel. This race is open to children, youth, adults, and families, and offers a wonderful walking and running experience along the picturesque River Promenade by the Verdalselva.
